Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information obtained through PHORA.
Do not start, stop, change, or adjust any medication or dosage based solely on information provided by PHORA. Always confirm prescription details, dosages, instructions, warnings, and possible interactions with a qualified doctor or pharmacist. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately and do not rely on PHORA.
PHORA does not diagnose medical conditions. Any information presented within the application is not intended to be used as a basis for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
PHORA does not recommend or suggest specific treatments, medications, or courses of action. All treatment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
PHORA is designed as an assistance and organization tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.

In summary, account information is used for authentication and account management; prescription images, selected documents, medication information, and AI-extracted text are used for prescription reading and medication-management features; camera access is used only when you choose to capture a prescription or medicine package; and notification and reminder information is used to schedule medication reminders and enabled caregiver alerts. Relevant information may be securely transmitted to PHORA's backend and contracted AI, cloud-hosting, storage, authentication, SMS/OTP, notification, security, or support providers only as needed to provide their functions.
PHORA's currently described features do not require precise or approximate location and do not use the microphone to record or collect audio. Text-to-speech produces audio output and does not require microphone access. PHORA does not intentionally access contacts, SMS messages, call logs, or unrelated files. If a future feature requires additional sensitive access, PHORA will provide an appropriate disclosure, request permission or consent where required, and update the Privacy Policy before collecting that information.
Account and medical information is generally retained while your account or relevant record remains active and until deletion, subject to limited backup retention and any retention reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance. Deleting the application does not delete server-stored account data. You may request deletion through PHORA's account settings or as described in the Account and Data Deletion section of the Privacy Policy.
PHORA is currently available on Android. iOS availability is planned for the future. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.
All content, design, graphics, code, and other intellectual property related to PHORA are owned by or licensed to the PHORA project. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without written permission.
You agree to use PHORA in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

PHORA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PHORA at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue PHORA or any of its features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PHORA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
